HEY YOU GUYYYYS.

What are we doing? What is being planned? I feel stagnant and restless and bored unproductive and I feel like that's giving them more of a chance to wheedle in and do things while we're like, making fliers and buttons. Which is GREAT but we need something big, you know? Let's be the ones to make the first move for once.

Aaaand RALLY UP, TROOPS! Let's get some ideas bouncing.

Maybe we should move forward with the original ransacking the docks idea.

I agree. Caradoc's getting a hold on manifests, right? How far in advance can such documents be obtained, because I like the idea of picking & choosing a good day for imports, rather than -- well, something like tea day.

Not up for making them think we're dirty Americans then, eh?

They was still British citizens when they done dumped the tea though. Least it'd be traditional like.

I don't even know. I thought that was a myth for the longest time, but apparently it actually happened.

I think we should also make sure that it's something that's not going to pollute the water or hurt the fishes if we dump it, to.

My brother went fishing once and caught one with a blue tongue and four eyes. Thing still haunts my nightmares.

Only if we can persuade the wordsmiths among us to pen a declaration of independence from this bullshit and leave it pinned on a crate.

I concur, darnit. The Phoenix RISES AGAIN, ahahahhaa.

What do you think would be best for us to go after? Like, what'll actually hurt them that won't like... get us accused by everyone of being horrible terrible littering monsters, or is that unavoidable?

We've got competition now, after all!

Probably unavoidable. Or: tea. Personally I'm fond of the medical potions/herbs idea, but that is a sure-fire way of really getting everyone up in arms about how remorseless we all are. It doesn't matter, though; those who may benefit from it will know better and the good word will, I honestly believe, spread.

Says the man with his foot halfway in the door of the competition.

Well, to that I say we definitely do have our ways and means of getting the word out when we want it out should we want to help it along.

But my dominant foot belongs to this lot. Promise.

To which I repeat, getting bad press from the people we're pissing off doesn't matter. It's going to happen. And if we can get things that can be redistributed, so much the better.

That makes me happy.

Besides, wasn't it the Avery one that said "we are British, whether by birth or by choice?" If they're going to deny dragonpox vaccines to muggleborns than by god we should ALL be denied it! WE WILL STAND TOGETHER until the disease contaminates us all.

This logic (and lack of) hurts my head.

I agree. More people should subscribe to this way of life.

You see what happens when I get antsy? It's like a Ravenclaw on acid-laced gillyweed.

The garden gets the brunt of my nerves. So -- can I take it that you'll be volunteering for whatever we end up doing? Might as well get a preliminary list started.

See, me too! Normally at least -- Sprouty seems to be convinced that I'm still going to be sneaking into the greenhouses growing "restricted" things if she's not in there supervising but I'm NOT, that only happened a couple of times and it was a birthday present for Agnes.

You bet I am.

Hah, good old paranoid Sprouty. But obviously she has her reasons for being so hawkish -- I personally always found that hiding out behind the greenhouse with the restricted stuff (3, was it?) was very popular with the students who wanted to enjoy the wonderful world of weed.

Goodo.

Someday I will steal her job and children from all over Britain will say "wow, Herbology sure is great. We've been missing out on some amazing stuff."

And then I will tell them that they only get to enjoy the good stuff if they sit down and pay attention, or else I will feed them to my Devil's Snare plant.

I think that something inherently non-violent and attention-catching would be beneficial -- perhaps moreso than fliers and buttons which are easily discarded.

Is there any sure-fire way to ensure that the products we are attacking would be delivered to the businesses on our boycott list?

Like another sit-in? Those are fun and they work but the last time Entrail Boy showed up and started roughing people up. I know it was hard on my part to keep from shoving my wand up his arse for doing that. Plus the bong got smashed...

Maybe just... really expensive stuff, that only the purists would be able to afford? I'm not sure, I don't really know much about boats.
